Timeline

1985 Manufacturing of Tomlyn Products was brought in-house, allowing close monitoring of processes and assuring strict adherence to quality control standards. During the next few years products from the veterinary product line were gradually integrated into the Tomlyn line increasing the number of quality products available to the pet owning public.

1989 Tomlyn introduced "See Spot Go!™", a stain and odor remover, geared specifically to the problems of pet owners. Tomlyn now has several products that were introduced to meet specific needs of pet owners.

1990 Tomlyn introduced the Nova Pearls™ line of treatment shampoos. The Nova Pearls products utilize the patented NOVASOME® microencapsulation delivery system which helps maximize the effectiveness of moisturizers. The new technology was offered for the first time in over-the-counter pet products.

1997 Tomlyn introduced a complete line of ferret products to meet the needs of the growing number of people owning ferrets and other small animals.

2002 Tomlyn Products, a long time favorite of professional groomers, joined the pet care family of Vétoquinol USA, Inc. With this uniting of the two companies, Tomlyn Products has further advanced its ability to bring new and innovative products to the market place while continuing to provide its high quality consumer proven core products.

2003 Tomlyn Products introduces a new shampoo called Pearls Au Lait . This new product has been so well received within the professional community that the line has been expanded to include a “strawberry scented” shampoo and a half & half shampoo/conditioner that pampers the pet with a spa-like treatment.

2004 Tomlyn Products Pearls Au Lait shampoo line received the 2004 Editor’s Choice Award for “Best New Product” from the Pet Product News.
